Wineries

It is well known that the fine wines from Andalucia are unique in the world. This is due to the biological fermentation process due to yeast.

Elaborated in age old American oak barrels following the tradition of the 'Solera System' up until a level determined by each wine estate to make its wine unique.

ELÉCTRICO Fino “DEL LAGAR” and  ELÉCTRICO Fino “EN RAMA” are one and the same wine, although with a different elaboration period: 10 years for the LAGAR and 5 years for the EN RAMA.

CRIANZA: Below a layer of yeast in American oak barrels filled to a maximum of ¾.
CATA: Slightly bitter, although light they remind of dried fruits and a dash of wild apples. The yeast also brings memories of the smell of bakeries.
COLOR: Touch of green
GASTRONOMY: Excellent to all types of “TAPAS” without vinegar and especially with Jamón (Spanish style ham), Manchego cheese and almonds.
CONSUMPTION: In the bottle a maximum of 6 months and once opened within 2 days.
ALCOHOL: 15% Vol. TEMPERATURE TO BE SERVED AT: 5-15º Celsius.
